Do you accept insurance?

For individual therapy, I am in network with Aetna, IBX, Capital BC, Independence BC, Highmark BCBS, Curative, and Providence Health Plan. I also provide receipts for out-of-network services, so you can be reimbursed by your insurance company, and offer a sliding scale option to support clients keep therapy affordable.

Yes! We accept debit, credit, ACH bank transfer, FSA/HSA, and check!

How do I know if therapy is right for me?

If you've been thinking, "I shouldn't feel this way" or "why is this harder than I expected?" - therapy can help. You don't have to be in crisis to start. Many of my clients are high-functioning, thoughtful people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck - especially during fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum, or major reproductive decisions.

Yes! I offer a free, 15-minute consultation call. This is a chance for us to see if we feel like a good fit, clarify your goals, and answer any logistical questions. It is not a commitment to therapy and if I'm not the right fit, I'm happy to help guide you toward someone who might be.

The Infertility village is a fixed 8-week group, whereas the Pregnancy and Postpartum villages are ongoing!

If there’s an opening in a group that aligns with your stage, you can join at any time. If there is not space, you can be added to the waitlist for the next cohort.

No. The Village is a guided community space, not psychotherapy. We focus on shared experience, discussion, and connection rather than clinical treatment.
