About The Reproductive Wellness Center
The Reproductive Wellness Center was created to offer a more connected model of mental health care. The transition to parenthood is often overwhelming, yet many people go through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood with far less support than they need.

In today's world, new parents are inundated with information, expected to make complex decisions quickly, and often given limited time within medical visits to ask questions or talk through what their experiencing. Social media adds another layer of constant comparison without real connection - leaving many people feeling unsure, behind, overwhelmed, and alone, even when things look "fine" from the outside.

As a reproductive psychologist, I saw this gap again and again. Treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders is essential, and it remains a core part of my clinical work. But I also saw many people who didn't necessarily need therapy, yet still needed support, understanding, and connection during this life stage.

The Reproductive Wellness Center is a space where you can access specialized mental health care when it's needed, connect with others, and build confidence through clear, evidence-based education. The goal is not only to treat distress, but to help people find one another and begin building a village that fits into modern life.
Meet the Founder
I'm Alexis, a licensed psychologist specializing in reproductive and perinatal mental health - and also a mom, which means I understand this work both professionally and personally.

My training spans inpatient hospital settings, including OB/GYN units, Labor and Delivery, the NICU, as well as outpatient mental health settings. I have worked with those dealing with infertility and fertility treatment, pregnancy and infant loss, high-risk pregnancies and medical complications, birth trauma, postpartum adjustment, and the relationship shifts that come with pregnancy and early parenthood. This training has given me a comprehensive and grounded understanding of what reproductive experiences actually look like: the medical realities, the emotional impact, and everything in between.

In the therapy room, my goal is to create a space where you can show up as you are. Some sessions are more structured and active; others are quieter and more reflective. All are collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in real conversation and humor. I believe healing happens in the relationship - through being understood, learning to approach yourself with curiosity rather than criticism, and making space for change that actually fits your life. Therapy here is both reflective and practical: helping you understand yourself more deeply while also building support that works in the world you're living in.
