For individual therapy, I am in network with Aetna, IBX, Capital BC, and Highmark BCBS. I also provide receipts for out-of-network services, so you can be reimbursed by your insurance company, and offer a sliding scale option to support clients keep therapy affordable.
Individual therapy: $200

Yes! We accept debit, credit, ACH bank transfer, FSA/HSA, and check!
If you've been thinking, "I shouldn't feel this way" or "why is this harder than I expected?" - therapy can help. You don't have to be in crisis to start. Many of my clients are high-functioning, thoughtful people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or stuck - especially during fertility treatment, pregnancy, postpartum, or major reproductive decisions.
Yes! I offer a free, 15-minute consultation call. This is a chance for us to see if we feel like a good fit, clarify your goals, and answer any logistical questions. It is not a commitment to therapy and if I'm not the right fit, I'm happy to help guide you toward someone who might be.

Absolutely. We respect and affirm all pathways to family-building.
Once per week for one hour, at the same day and time each week on Zoom.
The Infertility village is a fixed 8-week group, whereas the Pregnancy and Postpartum villages are ongoing!
Groups typically include 5-8 participants, depending on interest and season.
If there’s an opening in a group that aligns with your stage, you can join at any time. If there is not space, you can be added to the waitlist for the next cohort.
No. The Village is a guided community space, not psychotherapy. We focus on shared experience, discussion, and connection rather than clinical treatment.
